Fabernovel has a large database divided into several spaces on the Podio CRM. It was with a desire to centralize data and teams to better control growth that they made the decision to migrate to HubSpot CRM.

The first challenge of this migration was to understand all the data and custom properties existing on the current CRM, Podio. To do this, we held a workshop to clarify all the elements. This workshop was also an opportunity to clean up the import files in order to start with a clean and optimized database.

At the end of the hour-and-a-half workshop, the Fabernovel teams had a clean, optimized file ready for import.
Once the file had been cleaned and optimized, it was necessary to parameterize the HubSpot CRM before importing all the data from Fabernovel.

Once all the cleaning and parameterization had been completed, it was time to move on to data import.
With all the data present on HubSpot, the final step was to create dashboards so that Fabernovel's teams could track sales performance.
In order to stick with the needs and adapt to the commercial process, 12 dashboards and 80 customized reports were created to complement the reports offered in the HubSpot library.
